  • Once an order has been handed over to the courier partner, Ciaome is not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics providers.
  • Risk and ownership of products pass to the customer upon successful delivery.

5. Returns & Refunds

To be eligible for any return, replacement, or refund request:

  • Customers must contact Ciaome within 24 hours of delivery.
  • A complete and unedited unboxing video is mandatory.

Direct application on the skin is not advised, as individual skin types, sensitivities, and reactions may vary from person to person.

Customers who choose to apply any Ciaome product directly to their skin do so entirely at their own risk. Ciaome shall not be liable for any allergic reactions, skin irritation, rashes, sensitivity, discomfort, discoloration, infections, or any other adverse effects arising from direct skin contact with the product.

By purchasing and using our products, customers acknowledge and accept full responsibility for determining the suitability of the product for their personal use.
